Quick Care Accepted Insurance Coverage
Quick Care is a participating provider in many health plan networks. If you do not see your insurance coverage listed, your claim may still be paid as an out-of-network service. Out of network coverage may require additional patient financial responsibility associated with the visit. Please contact your insurance provider to determine if you are out of network and what your patient responsibility could be based on your visit. For patients who do not have insurance, our rates are still very affordable. We do not accept Worker’s Comp or No Fault.
*Tricare Prime plans may require a referral from your primary care provider before being seen at Quick Care. Please check with your insurance provider prior to visiting.

No Surprises – understanding how you will be billed.
Knowing what you will billed is important to us. Every patient who visits Quick Care is charged for their office visit. Your health insurance will play a significant role in determining your out-of-pocket cost, such as a co-pay or deductible. Billing at Quick Care is very similar to when you visit your doctor. If during your visit, our team recommends additional testing such as lab, x-ray, or a complex test, you will likely receive another bill for those services. Unlike your doctor who would refer you to another location, we can provide many of these tests on-site. We refer to these as specialty charges.
Depending on the specialty charge, such as blood work or x-ray, you may receive a separate bill in addition to your office visit bill for that ordered test. This is a common practice at urgent care centers as they provide comprehensive testing on-site that is completed with off-site contracted providers. A list of some of our contracted providers is below.
Our Quick Care team will discuss with you any tests that may create an additional charge during your visit before moving forward.
What if I don’t have insurance?
We have affordable rates for our self-pay patients – which are income based. Each self-pay patient is required to make a $100 deposit prior to their visit toward the balance of their bill. Depending on your income, you may be eligible for financial assistance to help support you with the balance of the bill.
Specialty Charges & Pricing
Speciality charges represent additional testing such as lab, x-ray, and some complex procedures we may provide to you during your visit. This experience is similar to when you visit your primary care doctor and they refer you for additional testing at another location – the difference is we provide that testing on site. The estimated price will be based on what services are expected to be provided during your office visit. Many factors will influence the actual amount you will be billed, including whether the provider finds it necessary to perform more, fewer or different procedures than originally expected at the time of service.
Contracted Providers & Billing Service Info
Please be aware that some of the services you may receive, Speciality Charges, may be provided by providers not employed by Oneida Health, such as the Radiologist who reads your imaging. Depending on the tests provided to for you at Quick Care, you may receive a separate bill from these physicians for services provided to you.
