From Utica follow NYS Route 49W to Rome, take the downtown Rome Exit to NYS Route 69 West which becomes Erie Boulevard East. Bear left continuing on Erie Boulevard East, stay on this road which becomes Routes 46/49/69 W after passing Walmart. Continue to follow NYS 69W/Rome-Taberg Rd for approximately 13.8 miles. Turn left onto Brewer Road for 1 mile then turn right onto NYS Route 13. Follow Route 13 for approximately .7 miles, Quick Care will be on your right.

From Rome get on Erie Boulevard East, stay on this road which becomes Routes 46/49/69 W. Continue to follow NYS 69W/Rome-Taberg Rd for approximately 13.8 miles.
